Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Standards

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

International Soulmates has a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit the uploading, sharing, or distribution of any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Any user found violating this policy will be immediately banned, their content removed, and their details reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

2. Reporting Mechanism

If you encounter any content or behavior on our platform that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:

  • Email Reporting: Contact our safety team directly at info@international-soulmates.com.
  • In-App Reporting: Use the "Report a Safety Concern" button available in the "About" section of our mobile app.

We prioritize these reports and investigate them urgently.

3. Child Safety Point of Contact

We have designated a specific point of contact for child safety issues to ensure rapid response and coordination with law enforcement.

4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We work closely with law enforcement agencies and safety organizations globally to prevent and combat CSAE. We are committed to:

  • Promptly reporting suspected CSAE content to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
  • Preserving evidence as required by law to assist in investigations.
  • Complying with legal requests from law enforcement authorities.
