1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using International Soulmates ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • Not be barred from using our Services under applicable laws.

You confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and not misleading.

3. Description of Service

International Soulmates provides a platform for individuals to connect for meaningful relationships and marriage. Our services include profile creation, matchmaking algorithms, and personal consultation services. We do not guarantee successful matches or particular outcomes.

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of your profile content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Services. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Terms or community standards.

5. User Code of Conduct

As a member of International Soulmates, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and honest in all interactions.
  • Use the platform only for marriage-oriented matchmaking.
  • Not provide false or misleading information or impersonate others.
  • Not harass, stalk, or threaten users.
  • Not engage in scams, fraud, or commercial promotion.
  • Not upload viruses or attempt to hack the platform.
  • Not discriminate against others based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics.
  • Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior immediately.

Violations may result in a permanent account ban or legal action without refund.

6. Payments, In-App Subscriptions & Terms of Use (EULA)

Certain features of International Soulmates, including the Pro Plan ("Monthly Pro Access"), are offered on an auto-renewable subscription basis or via one-time fees.

In-App Purchase & Auto-Renewal Terms (iOS):

  • Billing & Confirmation: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
  • Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device's Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions. Cancelling turns off future billing; your current subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Standard Apple EULA: For users accessing our service via iOS, usage is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: Apple Standard Terms of Use (EULA).

For web-based payments (e.g. consultations or registrations), transactions are securely processed via third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe).

7. Refund Policy

In-App Purchases (iOS): All payments and refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are handled directly by Apple in accordance with Apple's Terms and Conditions. To request a refund from Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Direct & Web Purchases: We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for:

  • Unused portions of services.
  • Technical malfunctions preventing use.
  • Accidental duplicate charges.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Services already rendered (including registration and personal consultation).
  • Account termination due to policy violations.
  • Change of mind after full use.

8. Security

We apply industry-standard security protocols, including SSL encryption, server-side protections, and secure payment processing. However, no system is 100% secure. Use discretion when sharing information with others.

9. International Users & Data Transfers

We may store or process your data in countries outside your own, including the U.S., UK, or EU. We ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

10. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, remove inappropriate content, or refuse service at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time. Your data will be managed per our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, International Soulmates will not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Services.
  • User misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation.
  • Unsuccessful match outcomes.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

12. Governing Law

For UK, EU, US, and Canada users: governed by English law, subject to the courts of England and Wales.
