4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of your profile content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Services. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Terms or community standards.

5. User Code of Conduct

As a member of International Soulmates, you agree to:

• Be respectful and honest in all interactions.
• Use the platform only for marriage-oriented matchmaking.
• Not provide false or misleading information or impersonate others.
• Not harass, stalk, or threaten users.
• Not engage in scams, fraud, or commercial promotion.
• Not upload viruses or attempt to hack the platform.
• Not discriminate against others based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics.
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior immediately.

Violations may result in a permanent account ban or legal action without refund.

6. Payments and Subscription

Some Services require a paid subscription or one-time fee, which may renew automatically unless cancelled. Payment is processed via secure third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for:

• Unused portions of services.
• Technical malfunctions preventing use.
• Accidental duplicate charges.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Services already rendered (including registration and consultation).
• Account termination due to policy violations.
• Change of mind after full use.

9. International Users & Data Transfers

We may store or process your data in countries outside your own, including the U.S., UK, or EU. We ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

10. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, remove inappropriate content, or refuse service at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time. Your data will be managed per our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, International Soulmates will not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Services.
• User misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation.
• Unsuccessful match outcomes.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

12. Governing Law

For UK, EU, US, and Canada users: governed by English law, subject to the courts of England and Wales.
